"Assalamu alaikum. As I approach my fifth decade of life, Alhamdulillah, my biggest challenge has been juggling the demands of family with my own spiritual development. I attended this seminar to learn how to make the most of my time, and it was incredibly productive and insightful.

The ideas presented were practical and realistic. The concepts that 'time is an asset' and 'each moment in time has a best version of itself' were particularly profound. I have already started implementing the tips to increase barakah in my daily activities and hope to see positive results moving forward, insha'Allah. I would recommend this class to everyone looking to change their perspective on time."

"Assalamu Alaikum. I attended the VRIC Leadership Academy course, which was excellent. It covered many interesting topics from a Project Management and Leadership perspective, taught by professionals who provided practical examples from the Qur'an, Hadith, and modern corporate environments.

For me, the Time Management course was life-changing. Having struggled with time management for years, this course gave me the practical tools I desperately needed. My key takeaways were: The profound idea that ‘We can’t manage time; we have to manage ourselves with time.’ The 4 D’s: Do, Defer, Delegate, and Delete. This framework has helped me accomplish most of my tasks.

The biggest breakthrough was achieving a 12-year dream of waking up at 4 a.m. to work out and start my day. After Dr. Suleyman showed a practical schedule, something just clicked. Subhan'Allah, I have been waking up early ever since and can truly feel the barakah (blessing) in my time. I am even able to wake my kids for Salah on time without rushing, Alhamdulillah.

I highly recommend this course to everyone. It is filled with practical lessons you can implement in your life immediately. May Allah (SWT) reward Dr. Suleyman and all the instructors."

I’ll be honest, I didn’t think I would benefit much from this class. I’m not usually the type to listen to motivational speeches or coaches and then change my actions. But this class was different. I feel I benefited immensely from the material.

At the very least, it helped me identify my weaknesses as a Muslim first, and my productivity second. The intention hierarchy was a huge eye-opener—renewing my intentions to ensure everything I do is for Allah first is a key step I’m taking to improve myself. I also realized distractions in my life prevent me from being as productive as possible. Applying the strategies introduced to limit distractions won’t be easy, but InshaAllah, I’m up for the challenge. Your teaching style was excellent—engaging, thought-provoking, and perfectly balanced between discussion and instruction. You created the perfect seminar environment, mashAllah.

"I want to notice and appreciate the effort and time put into this session, and for being open to receiving honest feedback. It is a great quality of a leader. I found the resources shared, along with the charts and graphs to be very beneficial, not only for myself, but also for my students, whom i model and teach time management to."
